All shipments are free and fully insured.

Fast Delivery

Ciara uses FedEx Priority Overnight® service to ship all orders. This means that depending on what time your order was placed, you should receive your order in either one or two business days. In the rare case that there is a delay processing payment, the delivery date of your order may be delayed.

Alternate Address

If you will not be home to sign for your order, Ciara can ship your order to an alternate address. In order to guard against fraud, the alternate shipping address must be on file with your credit card company. If you are not available to sign for your order, you may have your order shipped to a FedEx® location near you, where you can pick it up at your leisure.

International Addresses and P.O. Boxes

Ciara cannot ship orders internationally or to P.O. Boxes.
