We pride ourselves on the quality diamonds we carry and are dedicated to providing you with the beautiful gem of your choice. However, there is always a chance that a customer does not feel completely satisfied. This is never a problem, when you purchase your diamonds from Ciara.

Within three years of purchase, you may return the ring for any reason. Perhaps you decide that you prefer a different shape of diamond, or one that is more rare. Or, while we do not foresee it, perhaps you will detect a flaw in the diamond that was not represented to you before you took possession of it. Whatever the issue, it will not be a problem. The diamond you return within three years will be valued at the price you paid for it.
